If you are a foreign student you need to apply for visa. Your visa is being processed with the application to the university. You will receive your visa with the acceptance letter from the university. So there is no need to apply for visa separately. But you are supposed to generate your student pass through online application. You can apply for it 2months prior to commencement of your course but no later than one month after your course has been started.

There are four major languages spoken in this place; Chinese, Malay, Tamil and English.
